Last week we announced some new features in Analytics including pivoting, secondary dimensions and the option to share customizations (like Advanced Segments). These features will be rolling out to everyone over the next few weeks.
Usually reports are mailed out to marketing managers or directors to measure any change in progress from week-to-week.
